Panna cotta recipe

With this panna cotta recipe you’ll instantly taste “la dolce vita” of the italians.

It doesn’t take you more than 20 minutes to prepare it and it’s delicious. Surprise your friends and family with this simple italian recipe and thank us later 😉

Ingredients for 6 portions:

  • whipping cream 500 ml 
  • milk 150 ml
  • sugar 125 g (put 100 g if the whipping cream is already sweet)
  • gelatin 6 g
  • vanilla flavour
  • preferred topping (caramel, chocolate, jam)

Steps to follow:

  1. Let the gelatin soften in a bowl with cold water for 15 minutes
  2. Pour the cream, milk, sugar and vanilla flavor in a saucepan
  3. Let them cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
  4. After those 15 minutes have passed, turn off the gas and add the gelatine (squeeze it well so that the water is well removed)
  5. Mix to dissolve the gelatin
  6. Pour the mixture into the single portion molds, leave them a little to cool down on your counter and then store them in the fridge for at least 6 hours
  7. After the 6 hours passed, turn the molds upside down and garnish the panna cotta with the preferred topping (chocolate, caramel, jam).
